POSITION PURPOSE

• Manage the on boarding process.
• Identify and mitigate risks to deliver programs and product on-time, including supplier delivery.
• Weekly delivery metrics with access and excel based.
• Conduct the supplier/factory capacity assessment and delivery risk mitigation.
• Drive Supply chain improvement and value creation projects.

• 20%, Manage and follow up the on boarding process.
• 40%, Support fulfillment issue when the business needs. Consolidate Information from Suppliers assigned in a weekly basis. Create fulfillment metrics and together with the SM & SQEs drive delivery performance of suppliers.
• 20%, conduct plants visit and capacity assessment
• 10%, conduct team reports of delivery metrics, monthly report and crisis management
• 10%, Supply chain improvement and value creation projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, International trade or related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management skill is an advantage.
• Execution skills and ability to drive behavior by metrics.
• Manufacturing background to understand production planning and manufacturing process constraints
• Preferably with sourcing experience, knowledge of import and export is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, do-attitude, presentable, flexible

• At least 3 years of experience in project/process management.
• Proficient in Excel, Access and PPT
• Detail oriented, eager to learn, flexible
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills, both inside the company and externally with suppliers.
• Knowledge of factory operations/production management / six sigma and lean manufacturing a plus.
