Responsibility:

• Handle import food Customs clearance and CIQ activities
• Work closely with oversea suppliers/shipping forwarders to smooth the whole Import process
• Check and settle payment/claim issues for suppliers and forwarders
• Arrange transport from overseas to Metro CN warehouse
• Optimize the performance of forwarders and Customs brokers and keep the most competitive price and best service.
• Make sure all documents are archived properly

• Fully understand the whole import process and concept of Metro China
• Be responsible for all activities of Customs clearance and CIQ related
• Monitor the daily operation of Import business
• Coordinator with internal and external partners to make sure the smooth use of the company Import business
• Support network development for multiple ports
• Provide import business review report

Requirement:

• University graduate or equivalent, in related fields preferably SCM and Imports
• Be fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills

• Above 3 years working experience in Logistics, Import business, international transportation
• Import food customs clearance experience is a must
• Good knowledge of Customs clearance procedure and the Customs/CIQ laws and regulations
• Obtain customs declaration certificate will be a plus
