• Establish demand planning system to better meet customer requests (reliability & responsiveness)
• Continuously improve supplier performance (OTIF delivery and quality consistency)
• Define inventory management rules to keep an appropriate stock level
• Plan logistics activity (transportation, customs declaration, etc.) based on foreign/domestics holidays and events

• Closely follow up on PO fulfillment (delivery from intercompany suppliers, transportation, customs clearing, etc.) in coordination with related functions (vendors, logistics, forwarders, warehouse, customer service, etc.)
• Handle exceptions in PO follow-up to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders
• Continuously improve PO management process by resolving problems in the daily work

• Produce monthly supply chain performance report (OTIF, lead time, inventory level, back orders, logistics cost)
• Continuously monitor supply chain performance report (OTIF, lead time, inventory level, back orders, logistics cost) and propose/implement improvement actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to other supply chain topics

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：
• 5 years+ related work experience
• Import, PO management & planning skills (demand/supply/inventory planning)
• Language: proficiency in oral and written in English is a must
• IT/IS: Microsoft Outlook, good mastery of SAP (MM, PP, and SD modules) and advanced Excel is a must
• Good data analytics capabilities highly preferred
• Capability to see the big picture and improvement opportunities
