1. Handling the routine export activity, including timely and accurately provide export customs declaration documents, customer required documents, customs system uploading, follow up, etc.

2. To collect /check documents (e.g. B/L, P/L, Invoice) and necessary information (PO, price, terms) for goods import to ensure all are compliance with customs requirement.

3. To work with agent for import declaration, and follow up.

4. To arrange transportation as per requirement, select the proper way, contact forwarder.

5. Follow up and track all shipments to meet customer demands.

6. Be responsible for cancellation after verification of raw material so as to ensure tax refund corrective.

7. Apply the I/E license or any other certificate according to the HS code of materials and FG.

8. Responsible for recording of import and export customs declaration and relative delivery track in order to ensure goods delivered to customers timely.

9. Handling of project fulfillment

10. To manage logo-book processing,and balance ,including application, update system, add, transfer and closure, etc.

11. Be responsible for calculate, analyze transportation fee and cost per month so as to reduce cost.

12. Other work assigned by supervisor

Experience & Competency:

1. At least 3 years relative experience in import and export

2. Fluent in written/oral business English

3. Good communication skills

4. Familiar with the operation of Microsoft Office and ERP system as primary tools

5. Knowledge on international trade, customs declaration, shipping

6. Understanding of Customs & CIQ rules and regulations.

7. Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, careful, steady, good communication and interpersonal skill.

8. Has certificate for customs declaration
