The candidate will be the intern for the China Trade Compliance Team. The person will mainly support the team to prepare AEO training material, update SoP document, import/export documents filing and archiving, support export compliance team about the EUCS documents mail and so on.

Trade compliance represents one of the most intense aspects of engaging in international trade, and failure to maintain it can destroy a company’s reputation and future simultaneously. AEO is an important project for both trade compliance team and other functional departments as it is related to the credit rating and reputation of the company which will impact our business efficiency. There is critical need for the candidate to support the project in training material preparation, documents update and management. And also trade compliance shipping team and export compliance team also need to have very good management of the documents and timely track record of order screening to improve the work efficiency.

• Support to prepare the AEO 2019 training material successfully, archive and update the SoP timely
• Filing and manage export/import documents systematically
• Successfully support export compliance on order tracking and documents filing and so on
