Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for purchase order tracking, monitoring shipment status and ensure importation process smoothly

• Build up process to track and monitor the shipment status to ensure punctual arrival date ·
• Proactively communicate with all related parties to solve the issues with good priority sense ·
• Manage vendors to perform KPI’s based on KCM requirements ·
• Check and verify the bills of vendors on monthly basis ·
• Check and collect the documents during the whole process for custom clearance and finance payment purpose

2. In charge of supply planning ·

• Convert the demand plan into supply plan, and then into purchase orders accordingly ·
• Place purchase orders in the system and ensure that the factories well receive PO’s ·
• Communicate and align with factories to confirm the production date and delivery date ·

3. Assist in data collecting, analysis and reporting ·

Support the team on reporting and analysis as required

Job Qualifications

• Education Bachelor Degree
• Experience Required § 3-5 Years supply chain planning and importation related experience, preferably in a FMCG company
• Key Skills & Knowledge Required Strong ownership and accountability Knowledge in importation and China importation regulation Good logic thinking & communication skills, and experience in SAP/BPCS is a must Fluent English speaking.
