Job Description

1.Closely cooperation with OTCS to provide promised service.

2.Maintain good relationship with vessel agent, local customs and terminals

3.Timely follow up with the issues which need to have voice contact with customers

4.Take ownership to resolve the issues by proactive communication with customers and provide effective solutions

5.Build and fulfil close and good relationship with customers to deliver good customer experience

6.Proactive work and focus on avoiding potential issues

7.Keep constant dialogue and interaction with sales counterpart to update each other about the customers we co-own

8.Develop care customers by close collaboration with Sales

9.Enrich industry knowledge and market intelligence to collaborate with sales to drive volume by doing ASK FOR MORE activities

10.Follow up with longstanding containers handling

11.Learn and obtain commercial intelligence and enhance personal capability to deal with the complexity

12.Promote import on-line self service

13.Back up partner’s work in a good manner in case his/her absent


Knowledge and Skills Required:

1. Good command of both written and spoken English as well as pc skills

2. Must be a team player

3. Good communication, presentation and problem solving skill

4. Positive attitude in terms of learning and working

5. Winning mentality
