• Manage
and process importation and exportation Customs declaration for assigned
brands.

• Ensure
importation & exportation SOP compliance and efficient.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

该职务的主要职责

• Track
the entire importation and exportation Customs declaration process

• Prepare
importation documents with100% accuracy of customs category, HP, batch no.
etc.

• Prioritize
& expedite urgent shipment based on marketing / planner requirement.

• Monitor
importation forwarder, agent, supplier and customer to ensure import/export
operation smooth and efficient.

• Coordinate
with other related function teams(marketing / warehouse / finance ) to ensure entire importation flow run smoothly.

• Documents
filing, and prepare oversea payment required documents on time.
