Your Tasks & Responsabilities

• Ensure the correct export operation of corn from Mexico to CAMCA & Andino
• Execute Shipping Calendar for Mexico (import / export), according to the commercial team requirements.
• Status update in follow-up reports.
• Effective coordination with both the planning team and GT in the USA. Align with carriers as with Customs Brokers.
• Comply with all legal and logistic requirements as well as internal policies
• Ensure the correct import operation from USA to Mexico of Row Crops (Corn, Sorghum, and Cotton)
• Execute Shipping Calendar for Mexico (import / export), according the commercial team needs. Status update in follow-up reports.
• Effective coordination with both the planning team and GT in the USA.
• Align with carriers as with Customs Brokers.
• Comply with all legal, logistic and internal policy requirements.
• Execute impo)rt and export operations of special projects (Machinery, Plants, Highly specialized equipment); as well as spare parts, samples, labels, bags, etc., according to the required needs
• Communication with requesting areas, to ensure the follow-up and monitoring from the moment it is loaded until it is delivered; reporting progress to maintain visibility
• Effective coordination of carriers and Customs Brokers, as well as end users in origin / destination. -Comply with all legal, logistic and internal policy requirements

Who You Are

• Bachelor degree Study areas: Global Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or similar
• Areas of experience:  At least 3 years
• English language management: Advanced spoken, reading and writing
• Experience in people management
