In-House HR Officer / Talent Acquisition【E-Commerce / England Luxury Fashion】

Working Location: HK Southern District

Salary: ~$20K

Job Duties

• Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Proactively involve in the recruitment process from screening to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
• Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring budgets
• Maintain data in Human Resources Management System and filing system
• Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs to align with business goals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 5 years working experience, with 2 years HR working experience
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other legislations
• Independent, excellent organization skills and self-motivated
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
