Job duties

• Initiate, develop, schedule and deliver training program for all frontline sales staff
• Identify and implement training strategies to cope with the changing market environment
• Review and update training materials to quantify the effectiveness of the training program
• Maintain regular communication with frontline staff and monitor the interim performance
• Periodic written report to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 5 years sound training experience in luxury retail sector
• Mature, presentable, self Initiated with strong coaching skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good knowledge of MS word, excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
