Job Description
- To take orders from the guests over the telephone in the agreed manner and procedure
- To prepare trays for orders to the rooms, receive signatures from guests and retrieve trays once guests have no further use of them
- To assist and organise with the replenishment of the mini bars
- Have knowledge of the menus and allergies
- To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules, incentives for sales, training etc.
