What you will be doing:

• To take orders from the guests over the telephone in the agreed manner and procedure 
• To prepare trays for orders to the rooms, receive signatures from guests and retrieve trays once guests have no further use of them
• To assist and organise with the replenishment of the mini bars
• Have knowledge of the menus and allergies 
• To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules, incentives for sales, training etc.

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Your team and working environment:

• Working a fast paced team environment
• Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
