What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Set up, deliver and remove orders and amenities from guest rooms
• Ensure all mise en place is stocked and ready at all times
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with requisitioning and stocking
• Assist with Refreshment Center stocking and billing
• Provide engaging service within Fairmont and Hotel Standards
• Crisp, efficient food and beverage service with excellent rapport building
• Cash handling
• Speaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the city
• Tailor service to the guests needs
• Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP’s and groups in house
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Food and Beverage is required, preferably at a luxury hotel property
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest service orientation
• Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
• Must have weekend and early morning availability

Your team and working environment:

• Constant standing, walking and bending throughout shifts
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move tables and full hot boxes

Visa Requirements: Must have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.
