In Room Dining Supervisor
We are currently seeking a passionate leader within our Food & Beverage division with a focus on overnight operations in In room Dining. With a focus on sustaining and enhancing the service, product, sales, innovation, and colleague development, you will be leading the the largest Accor In Room Dining operation in the North and Central America Region.
This In Room Dining Supervisor role is a key component of the Food & Beverage division leadership team and will be instrumental in driving the vison and culture of the division.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and train the In Room Dining team
- Supervise and delegate duties while ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Balance administrative, guest, and colleague needs
- Handle all guest concerns with urgency and thoroughly communicate to ensure satisfaction
- Checking all outgoing guest orders for accuracy
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality and a passion for food and beverage is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
