Client:
This is an international retail chain store brand with several large-scale stores in Asia. They are currently expanding and developing in the Southeast Asia market. 
With upcoming new projects, they are looking for a talented interior designer with relevant project experiences to join their design team.

WHAT YOU DO?

• Work closely with operation team to develop the store design concept.
• Manage and prepare full sets of presentation and tender documentations.
• Handle the whole process of interior design from concept design to project completion.
• Working with the client to help them understand the final solution and its benefits.
• Coordinate with both internal & external parties for a smooth opening of projects.
• Manage project budgets for store construction/fixture and other expenses.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
  
  

WHAT YOU NEED?

• Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/f&b/commercial design projects
• Strong design skills with good aesthetics/design sense.
• Good communication skills, a good team-player, creative, self-motivated. 
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up & MS Office.
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese/English/Mandarin
