Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the Group’s business within and outside Hong Kong, including but not limited to the areas of litigation, restructuring, insolvency, cross-border litigation and other general commercial matters.
• Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and internal departments.
• Provide advice with respect to, and manage of the group's intellectual property.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements as required by the Board of Directors or internal departments
• Handle the sale, leasing and purchase of real estate property.
• Manage and liaise with external counsel
• Undertake any ad hoc legal projects

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with min. 6-8 years PQE
• Experience in corporate/commercial and litigation/insolvency matters
• Familiar with employment law, tenancy, the requirements of listed entities etc.
• Exposure in PRC Law is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-starter with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese & English is a must
• Able to work under pressure
