Przygotowanie dokumentacji technologicznej: karty instrukcyjne, PFMEA, karty standaryzacji pracy, instrukcje przezbrajania, plany ustawień. Nadzór nad dokumentacją technologiczną i procesem - inicjowanie i wdrażanie zmian procesu. Analiza wyników z procesu pod kątem ich usprawnień, poprawy bezpieczeństwa i jakości oraz optymalizacji kosztów. Promowanie i wdrażanie kultury opartej na ciągłym doskonaleniu (CI). Ciągły rozwój oraz utrzymywanie procesów na poziomie efektywnym kosztowo, zgodnie z dobrymi praktykami Eaton. Redukowanie kosztów poprzez prowadzone projekty oszczędnościowe. Wykorzystywanie narzędzi Lean Manufacturing w celu redukcji odpadów oraz dostarczenia produktu w pełni spełniającego oczekiwania klienta. Stosowanie narzędzi Six Sigma w celu poprawy jakości produktu oraz procesu. Współuczestnictwo w procesie powstawania nowego produktu. Ciągłą analizę procesów w oparciu o PFMEA w powierzonym obszarze, aktualizację instrukcji stanowiskowych w celu optymalizacji i standaryzacji procesu. Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników. Koordynowanie współpracy działów produkcyjnych oraz wspierających podczas wdrażania zmian inżynieryjnych w produkcie lub procesie. Nadzór nad procesem wdrożenia zmian. Przygotowywanie i wprowadzenie danych do systemów biznesowych w celu wspierania działalności ECO/MCO. Qualifications Wykształcenie inżynierskie (Mechanika, Budowa Maszyn lub pokrewne). 1 - 2 lata doświadczenia w firmie produkcyjnej w obszarze technologicznym. Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego oraz używania programu Auto CAD. Umiejętność posługiwania się oprogramowaniem MS Office, MiniTab, MS Visio. Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów – znajomość zasad 8D, A3, Podstawowa wiedza w tematyce procesów montażowych oraz obróbczych, Znajomość narzędzi jakościowych – SPC, FMEA. Znajomość narzędzi LEAN – 5S, VSM, KAIZEN. Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego. Dobre zdolności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne.
