This internship program is aimed at those want to start their career. Our
Incentive&Commission Team is looking for an intern to support the day to day
processes across Europe, Middle East and Africa. As our intern you will get to
work with a variety of our staff and take on the responsibility of your own
set of real-life tasks. In Lenovo we never stand still. Be prepared to grow in

What can You Learn from us?
The mission of the Incentive&Commission team is to ensure Lenovo Sales
employees are paid
commission accurately and on time based on their performance.
As an intern, you will cooperate on:
• development, roll out, adoption, and maintenance of incentive and
compensation plan
• regular reporting and analysis on sales commissions
• setting the targets and territories
• cross check analysis between different tools;
• ad hod analysis on financial data , reconciliation
• support other general sales reporting requirements as needed

Position Requirements:
What qualification do you need to get this internship?
• You need to speak English, as you will be in touch with our colleagues
across Europe
• We need you for 20 hour per week at least for 6 months
• You need to have at least some experience in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint (and
we together will keep improving it)
• Be people friendly and want to communicate with Lenovo colleagues and
external vendors/partners
This is a paid internship.
20 hours/ week (4,5 EUR /hour)
