Job Description
This position support various talent management efforts to achieve diversity in our talent pools and succession pipelines. Role is responsible for regularly collecting, analyzing, and reporting data such as promotions, hiring, turnover trends, employee engagement, exit interview trends, and drawing insights, findings and recommendations related to inclusion and diversity strategic priorities. This critical data will be used to provide practical recommendation to business on focus areas for hiring and retaining diverse talent. Job Responsibilities Seek, collect, and analyze data sets to monitor I&D goals, KPIs, uncover insights within data and communicate with key stakeholder groups. Conduct regular analysis of I&D metrics, identifying trends and gaps in the progress. Analyze targeted and systemic opportunities that exist with the company. Serve as an advisor to the business to diagnose talent challenges in attraction, development, advancement and retention of diverse individuals and partner with business and Inclusion & Diversity office to design/implement solutions to meet those challenges Partner with TAC, TMOE and Learning teams ensure diverse slate of candidates nominated for targeted programs and presented for open roles Conduct benchmarking of market leading practices and participate in external surveys. Identify external trends and best practices which will increase diversity, inclusion, and retention of the workforce. Partner with regional communication teams to create and deploy communication strategy on I&D efforts. Design and present high-impact presentations for senior leaders and meeting such as Regional Inclusion Council. Coordinate the iERG hubs within the region ensuring streamlined operation, high quality programs and alignment on goals and action plans with the priorities set by the I&D strategy. Lead EMEA iERG Council and I&D Local teams to align iERG leaders on unified EMEA calendar of offerings, act as a connector between I&D global strategy and regional execution. Lead and support initiatives to build inclusive behaviours among managers of people and to support a culture of inclusion within the region Qualifications Educational level required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and/or data visualizations for various audiences) Technical knowledge Strong analytical skills and ability to present and utilize metrics Strong project management, time management and change management skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience creating compelling data visualizations and preparing high-impact presentations for key stakeholders (internal and external) and senior leaders Ability to work independently, efficiently and as an active member of multiple teams Ability to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional leaders and stakeholders." Soft skills Demonstrated experience developing business partnerships with cross-functional leadership to achieve results. Advanced communication, presentation and influencing skills.
