Income Auditor
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. This position is responsible for documenting the company's revenues, tracking monetary funds, reconciling the general cashier report with receipts, and preparing income reports.

What you will be doing:
- Under the guidance and supervision of the Financial Controller, and within the limits of the OSM, and responsible of a timely reconciliation of all daily sales transactions in order to detect any loss of revenue for the purpose of taking corrective action to maximize organizational profit & customer satisfaction in an atmosphere of teamwork and high individual moral.
- Audit all daily revenue reports to ensure all income pertaining to unit has been accounted for correctly.
- Ensures verification of actual departure report and scrutiny of guest checkout folios to eradicate all discrepancies.
- Scrutinizes front office allowances, rebates, discounts, paid outs and room transfers to ensure that they are correctly passed and authorized.
- Reconciles the credit card transactions processed through electronic data capture and is responsible for its batch closing.
- Ensures reconciliation of all promotion/ loyalty programs charge slips with guest departure folio.
- Prepares daily log book with details.
- Monitors correct documentation of all transactions by Front Office Assistants.
- Follows up daily occupancy and take necessary action required.
- Responsible for preparation and processing of all reports generated.
- Adheres to organizational policies and regulations.
- Follows up the instructions, which are given by FC Office.
- Performs other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor

Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethics and corporate governance.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on details.
