职位描述Responsibilities

1. 负责IQC日常工作的管理及IQC人员的工作安排及调动; 确保IQC工作的正常运作;

Responsible for IQC daily work management, IQC personnel work arrangement and redeployment, to ensure the normal operation of IQC department.

2. 负责IQC技能培训以及审核汇总, 确保IQC各岗位人员达到上岗要求;

Responsible for IQC technical training and audit summary, to ensure those IQC persons to meet with the licensing requirements.

3. 跟进原材料相关地资料有效性如SGS/MSDS/TDS.

Follow up the raw material reports effectiveness such as SGS/MSDS/TDS.

4. 负责IQC检验仪器和设备的校验及管理，确保检验仪器的正常运行和使用;

Responsible for the verification and management of inspection instrument and equipment in IQC, to ensure the normal operation and use of inspection instruments.

5. 协助物料工程师对各工厂反馈的异常物料的确认及库存物料的确认和处理；确保不良物料能及时彻底的处理；

Help material engineer to confirm and handle the abnormal materials rendered by factory workers and stock materials, to ensure the abnormal materials can be handled timely.

6. 负责各类物料检验指导书及来料、退料检验规范的拟定，确保检验员检验有所依据；

Responsible for making inspection instructions for all kinds of materials, making materials returning inspection specification, to ensure the inspector can base on.

7. 负责对来料质量数据的统计、分析，对反馈数据的准确性、及时性负责,保证来料质量数据信息的及时传递和反馈；

Responsible for incoming materials data statistics and analysis, responsible for the rendered data’ accuracy and immediacy, to ensure the incoming materials’ quality data can be transmitted and rendered timely.

8. 负责对退供应商物料异常的确认处理及反馈，确保退供应商物料质量符合标准；

Responsible for confirming, handling and giving feedback for the returned materials, to ensure those returned materials can meet with related standards.

任职资格 Qualifications

教育水平：大专或以上学历

Education：College degree or above

专业：理工科或者相关专业

Major: Science and Engineering or related major

工作经验：至少三年质量控制经验

Work Experience: At least 3 years quality control experience;

英语要求：良好的英语会话沟通能力

English Requirement: Good communication ability in English

能力要求 Capacity Requirement:

1. 具有质量策划以及生产件提交能力

Competence on quality planning and production part submission

2. 具有供应商质量控制能力

Competence on supplier quality control

3. 具备客诉处理经验及客户沟通能力

Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer;

4. 较强问题解决能力

Strong problem-solving skill

5. 熟悉ISO9001，熟悉纠正预防措施

Familiar with ISO9001, corrective and preventive actions

6. 熟悉并熟练应用过程质量控制工具

Familiar with process control quality tools
