Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for daily customer service for the company’s game products in the Indian market, respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
2. Develop traffic sources and channels in India; establish and manage cooperation with local game guilds, KOLs and partners, including daily communication and coordination.
3. Assist the project team in applying for various qualifications, certificates and other compliance-related documents.
4. Complete other supporting work assigned by the project.
Job Requirements
1. This role is for Indian candidates only.
2. Language skills: fluent in both English and Chinese for daily work communication; proficiency in additional Indian local languages is a strong plus.
3. Resources: candidates with existing traffic, channel, guild or KOL resources in India are preferred.
4. Professional knowledge: familiar with Indian laws and regulations, company registration and basic financial processes is preferred.
5. Skills: proficient in common office software; knowledge and application of popular AI tools are preferred.
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
7. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
8. Personal qualities: motivated, quick learner, able to work under pressure, with strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
