The Lenovo Service Parts Services AP Logistics role is a critical member of the Lenovo Services & technical support team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Monitoring and managing performance of reverse logistics and overall operations of reverse hub includes visual and functional screening of defective parts. • Monitoring and managing performance of reverse center and timely movement of parts to reverse hub. • Responsible for return label verification, identifying the wrong parts, CID and their respective owners based on the CID criteria. • Responsible to manage the parts shipped to local /overseas for repair and tracking the lead time and repair yield. • DOA management analysis and Corrective action plan. • Communicating directly with customer to work on collection of defective parts. • Reporting performance trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid lead times. • Reverse Hub operational spend reporting • Identifying and driving savings projects • Reporting to management, the KPI’s associated with Reverse Hub operations. • Responsible for the scrap management as per company’s E-waste management policy. #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background or work experience is preferred • Minimum two years working experience on supply chain related positions. • Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP experience is preferred; • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, English will be the working language • Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment; • Detail orientated • Ability to work un-supervised and find the people and answers with minimal handholding • Must be a team worker and excellent communication skill is a must We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
