1. Coordinate the day to day operations and development activities. Create schedules to be tracked and ensure a a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
2. Set, manage, monitor, and report on milestones and progress. Coordinate internal/external collaborations, remove blockers and ensure timely and complete delivery;
3. Define project success criteria, monitor performance and identify potential improvements;
4. Market research to identify promising mobile game genre and traits of success, advice publishing producer on findings;
5. Any ad hoc project management or data analysis work required.

1. 3+ years experience in mobile game project management and/or data analysis;
2. Comfortable with numbers, able to build sophisticated models and to explain and to address problems with data;
3. Attention to detail, able to anticipate disruption to project progression and propose practical solutions;
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to manage communications effectively across multiple internal and external teams and departments;
5. Working level English and Mandarin a must.
