• Manages contract and Basic Service Agreement information to ensure that renewals or termination due date are under control.

• Conducts benchmarking and overall market assessment to support the development of the procurement strategies, aligned with regional category requirements and in compliance with global and regional category strategies.

• Administers the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes in conjunction with end users to convey the appropriate commercial requirements to the participating suppliers. Provide a commercial comparison of the suppliers’ responses using analytical skills to understand and normalize differences in responses.

• Ensures that agreements are prepared with the proper technical, legal and commercial languages.

• Works closely with the JCI Global Category leaders to ensure alignment with the Global Category Procurement strategy and adoption of best practices.

• Create CI Saving report based on CI Trac on monthly based on provided template.

• Create WAVE report based on CI report on monthly based on provided template.

• meeting and take meeting minutes based on plan

Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of 2 years of related Procurement work experience, with strong demonstrated experience in PO process.

Must have experience working in major Corporations with international/global operations.

Demonstrated ability to work without direct day to day supervision and a conscientious and strong work ethic.

Ability to utilize office skill to create monthly report.

Proven quality focus in providing internal customer solutions.

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to evolve efficiently to complete.

Fluent in English & Japanese is plus
