The Indirect Buyer采购专员 will be based in Shenzhen .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

1.Follow company policy to implement procurement activity;
2. Coordinate with site user and sourcing team to execute shopping cart in time;
3. Release PO, get confirmed delivery date from supplier in time and follow up delivery until goods receiving is completed in system;
4. Support supplier to solve the SOA reconciliation with supplier;
5. Deal with various issue such as delivery, quality and payment etc.,
6. Build good relationship with sourcing, site user and other cross functional team;
7. Manage supplier for good performance;

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

1. Bachelor degree
2. Good command of English
3. Have basic sense of supplier chain and good sense of time management
4. Excellent stability
5. Have two or three year work experience.
6. Good team player.
