1. Develop Procurement strategies (market analysis, target setting, action planning) in cooperation with the Asia indirect Manager. Align strategies with local stakeholders.
2. Identify local suitable vendors and products, lead the evaluation of the capabilities of vendors, including capability, product quality , service quality etc., and be in charge of vendors continuous improvement.
3. Lead contract negotiation by working with requestors and legal (price, volume, flexibility, payment terms, liabilities, etc.)
4. Identify local saving opportunities with stakeholders and see to the implementation and problem shooting,.
5. Contribute to the standard reporting including contract register, documentation and report.
6. Seek opportunities to improve efficiency through category strategy, cross-plant cooperation and vendor strategies.

1.More than 5 years’ work experience with minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry is required.
2.Engineering or Science educational background is a plus.
3.Solid experience with team/project management, be good at finding common ground in complex and multi-stakeholders circumstance.
4.Asia level exposure acquired in previous employment is required.
5.Fluent spoken and written English
6.Sense of responsibility and of team honor is above everything.
7.Be capable to quick react in a fast-paced working environment.
8.Traveling is required in Asia countries especially in China, Thailand.
