Indirect Procurement Northern Europe Manager (m/f/d)

We are recruiting an Indirect Procurement Northern Europe Manager to join the Indirect Procurement team within Accor's Group Procurement Organization. The position is based in one of the following Head Offices of Accor Northern Europe: London, Brussels, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, Warsaw.

As part of Accor's Purchasing teams and under the managerial responsibility of the Group's VP HQ Procurement, you actively contribute to the development and axes of the Indirect Purchasing strategy and its geographical  development,  mainly in the categories, Marketing / IT and all types of Purchases sourced to date in Northern Europe.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Map all procurement categories in the Northern Europe perimeter
• Build and deploy the Northern Europe procurement policy, in partnership with the finance teams
• Actively contribute to the deployment of the Aspen tool for the region, in coordination with the technical teams in charge of the project
• Identify  opportunities for centralizing purchasing to suppliers referenced by Indirect Procurement Category  Managers
• Optimize "Long Tail" purchases via simplified purchasing process.
• Identify opportunities to reduce the region's expenses on all purchases with P&L impact (saving, and reduction in the number of suppliers / invoices).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and share a vision. Build a relationship of trust with these prescribers
• Contribute to cross-category indirect procurement projects for the implementation of Standards and governance processes common to the different categories of Indirect.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the procurement process, tools and methods.
• Set up a methodology for monitoring gains in coordination with finance and frequently report on the achievement of KPIs
• Promote good practices in Indirect procurement within the group and in Northern Europe
• Manage, manage and negotiate purchases related to your purchasing portfolio (from sourcing to contractualization)
• Negotiate with suppliers taking into account the operational and business objectives of internal customers
• Manage the   region's specific supplier relationships and contribute to the management of corporate suppliers with an impact in the region.
• Negotiate and manage the selection process suppliers of the category for the Group,
• Conduct tenders from planning, definition of the need, choice, negotiation, contracting and implementation
• Ensure the reporting and communication of the files processed

Your Experience and Skills include:

• Education: Master degree or equivalent, you have a successful experience of at least 6 years on a Purchasing position. Experience in hospitality or IT is a plus.
• With an excellent knowledge of the "Indirect Procurement " function within the company, your expertise in the Marketing and IT field in an international context is essential, as well as fluent English. Knowledge of German, Dutch, Polish, Russian or French is a plus.
• Pragmatic, with good communication skills, you are able to convince stakeholders and thus develop your activity.
• Working languages: English C1, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian or French is a plus.
• Experience in deploying PtoP solutions / Coupa is a plus
• Strong proven communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to connect prescribers and providers
• Strong adaptability to change
