• Plan and fulfil for fulfilling sales office’s indirect material purchasing demand

• Set up/ Implementation of regional material field strategy (sourcing strategy)

• Mentorship for assigned suppliers including release, evaluate, eliminate suppliers (operational supplier management);

• Purchasing order management according to approved purchasing request

• RFQ, RFI, Bidding, Auction, price benchmarking, COQ and price contract management

• Commercial negotiation and contracting, including purchasing contract, service agreement, quality agreement and other terms

• Supplier assessment and evaluation

• Supplier base development and catalogue management

• Annual price negotiation and terms review (payment term, delivery term…);

• Supplier issue management;

• Market survey, industrial analysis and purchasing data analysis for improving indirect purchasing beginning power and strategy development.

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Minimum 2-year indirect purchasing experience

• Experience in Marketing related services (Advertising, Marketing Events and exhibiting, customer service etc) is a plus;

• Good at negotiation

• English Level: workable in writing and reading.

• Able to travel upon request (about 10% of total working time)
