Job Description

Employer: Our client is a Chinese provider of travel services including accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management. Founded in 1999, it is currently the largest online travel agency in China.

Key Responsibilities
1.Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in Indonesian via phone, chat, or email;
2.Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience;
3.Work as a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required;
4.Advocate the company culture both internally and externally;
5.Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads / Supervisors.

Requirements *Candidates who’re currently in China would be considered as top priority due to the entry policy of virus impact.
1.Native proficiency in both verbal and written Indonesian; fluency in English required.
2.Have a passion for helping and supporting others. You gain a sense of fulfillment from saving someone’s day;
3.Able to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidays;
4.Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
5.Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and result-orientated approach to work.

Salary & Welfare
1.Salary: 11000RMB monthly, 1-3 months bonus
2.Working hours: Due to the particularity of the post, the 5-day 8-hour work system is implemented, with 2 days off (taking turns to rest, not fixed as weekends)
3.Morning shift: 07:00-16:00 Regular daily shift: 8 hours during 08:00-19:00(such as 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00) Middle shift: 14:00-23:00 Night shift: 23:00-07:00 + 1
4.Daily allowance: 10-100RMB per day depending on the shift
