Job Description
Position: Indonesian Translator
Job Responsibilities
1. Written Translation
Be responsible for the Chinese-Indonesian mutual translation of various company documents to ensure the translations are accurate, complete and coherent.
Fulfill translation tasks on schedule, give priority to urgent documents, and ensure no delay to the progress of the company’s business communication, project advancement and other work.
2. Oral Translation
Undertake escort interpretation and consecutive interpretation for the company’s business negotiations, client reception, online and offline meetings, project docking, on-site communication and other scenarios.
Support the company’s overseas business expansion by providing on-site oral translation services, including travel communication, demand docking, Q&A and other work, while ensuring translation professionalism.
Record key information during interpretation, sort out written minutes after meetings, and feed back to relevant business departments in a timely manner to ensure no omission of important information.
3. General Work
Assist business departments with daily communication related to Indonesian language.
Complete other Indonesian translation-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
College degree or above; native Indonesian speakers are preferred; proficient in Chinese and English in reading, writing and communication.
1-3 years and above of working experience in Indonesian translation; master Chinese-Indonesian and English-Indonesian mutual translation; candidates with translation experience in the logistics industry are preferred.
Strong communication, coordination and adaptability; able to respond quickly in oral translation, handle various unexpected communication scenarios, and balance professionalism and flexibility.
Good professional ethics; strictly abide by the company’s commercial confidentiality and the confidentiality of translation materials, and no disclosure of client information, company project information and other confidential content.
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, email, etc.).
Be adaptable to short-term business trips to Indonesia or on-site interpretation arrangements, and able to work under certain pressure.
Strong team spirit; able to cooperate with various departments to provide language support, and be proactive and highly responsible.
