• Primary technical supplier (EMS) interface for sample builds and production related matters
• Supplier assessment in terms of capabilities (technical, quality, capacity)
• Manage suppliers to align schedules and deliverables are on time
• Manage raw material sourcing (quantities, on time, on quality) with support of Purchasing
• Responsible of sample build reports and drive improvement actions
• Production line meets needed capacity and quality standards
• aligns industrialization activities at supplier of Mechanics, Hardware, Test Automation, Quality
• Leads ramp up
• Ensure smooth transition to mass production
• Regularly travel to Shenzhen office and suppliers in Mainland

• Ideal candidate would be Bachelor or Master level Materials / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Min 8 years project management experience, well understanding of embedded electronics; Experience in display/ECU/IoT product will be preferred.
• Supplier management and consumer electronics assembly
• Must have high initiatives, good interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
• Willingness to work and interact in international teams; some domestic/ international travel are required.
• Knowledge/Experience in electronic outdoor products in general is preferred.
• Leadership and results oriented thinking
• Strong cooperation and communication
• Resilience, ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situation
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin; German is of advantage
• Good presentation skills
