Job Description
1. POSITION SUMMARY
Key position to ensure G/CNIM Europe company’s business development, you will be responsible for positioning G/CNIM Europe appropriately in chosen markets through developing targeted commercial opportunities according to development strategy and business plan.
The best candidate will be a credible sales professional possessing a wide industrial contact network and a good technical knowledge in order to quickly understand our activities thus to be operational a fast possible. The role is focused mainly on new industrial business OEM and is suited to people who are sales aggressive and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement sales plan, based on the company strategy
• Prioritize the actions based on success ratio
• Capable to suggest ideas and refine business development plan
• Identify and contact suitable potential customers
• Promote G/CNIM Europe competencies and obtain RFQs
• Analyze customer needs and develop attractive commercial proposals
• Manage RFQs answers
• Negotiate and sign the contracts in line with margin targets
• Manage reporting and update customer data base in real time
• Help developing GCNIM’s advertisement and visibility
• Responsible for your own planning and work organization
