Responsibilities:

• Work together with the Creative Team and the Category Development team to develop collections of new products to present to our US Retail Customers.
• Create collections of product and visual merchandising presentations in photo realistic renderings.
• Work together with the suppliers and the sourcing teams in China to design and develop product samples and visual representations, for sales meetings, as well as, verify design, material and mechanical structure. So that suggested new product development will meet all functional, structural and costing requirements.
• Proactively innovate and develop new products within relevant categories.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines for presentations and tight production schedules.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years working experience in 3-Dimensional product design for the USA marketplace.
• Must be able to develop product from concept to final production, understanding production process and limitation.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Good communication skills to effectively work with suppliers in China as well as Oversea headquarter.
• Flexible to work with team members in other time zones.
• Highly proficient skills in SolidWorks and Photoshop.
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
• Mandarin and English are must
