Purpose Description:

• Drive projects in assembly lines that improve production effi-ciency and quality
• Work closely with the ODM engineering team to integrate en-gineering and routing implementation to the line
• Production standardization including Working Instruction, Fix-tures, tools management and Line Layout
• Member of Operational Excellence team, report to Operations Director directly

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement improving of Line Layout, ensure the assembly line running in correct process
• Schedule and Control project plan of Line Improvement
• To ensure Takt Time can achieve target
• Responsible for inspecting Working Instruction
• Cooperate with other departments/ODM Engineers to com-plete design, plan, review, check and acceptance, renovation of scheme of inspection Line
• Developing of Kaizen events and Production Engineering SAP alignment
• Lean training and knowledge sharing to production team
• Other jobs assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above Degree in mechanical/materials engineering or other relevant major
• Minimum 5 years working experience in machinery manufac-ture and more than 3 year in Lean/Production Engineering De-partment
• In depth knowledge of process design
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Pro-E
• Willing to learn and able to work under high pressure
• Good communication skills and bilingual in English and Chi-nese
• The reliable ability of statistical analysis, project management and problem solution
• Creativity and passions on innovation and renovation
• Knowledge of “lean” and “Continuous Improvement”
