• Ramp-Up of complex production and/or assembly lines in cooperation with the related colleagues in the central business division.

• Support of the related IEs in the central business division for the development of new production/assembly concepts and in the release meeting, either for new acquisition and/or nominated projects.

• Independent and ambitious identification of improvement, waste and/or ratio potentials for cost reduction.

• Planning, execution, supervision and reporting of released improvement and/or ratio actions in the production/assembly.

• Independent and on schedule start-up management for production lines achieving the required/confirmed KPIs and objectives (released concept).

• Support for the evaluation of technical/engineering changes within the series production in cooperation with the central business division.

• Identification and documentation of production and assembly methods/concepts incl. responsibility to present them to the responsible key functions for release (WL, MO, XPT, XFP).

• Capacity analysis,Independent and ambitious preparation of target times (MTM, PT, balancing) and execution/release in the related assembly teams.

• Creation/preparation and/or modification/maintaining of all kind of SAP data, such as bill of material, rate routing, change master, work center, production version etc.

• Creation/preparation of all required documents (e. g. specification, procurement request, P-FMEA, timeline, MTM) for improvements, technical changes and/or capacity extensions and execute them in the production.

• Involvement in Root Cause analysis and support for corrective actions of non-conformities (process failures and customer returns).
