Expectations from the role:

To design & implement processes for Product Manufacturing.

Derive cycle time on each activities with various resources (man and machine) ,

Derive utilization trend for each resource, facilitate capacity planning with respect to demand ., Enable efficient budget planning

Identify machines and tools requirement and co ordinate procurement and installation of Machines & facilities.

To define & implement efficient Workplace layout & group layout and

To contribute to evaluation of design (existing & new) for manufacturing processes. Deploy Lean on SPS platform , deploy jigs and fixtures, robotics and low cost automation

To coordinate product related special projects.

To maintain Time standards (MOST). , all SAP routings with periodic review and controlling of data records to enable smooth flow of production cost review cycles

To provide all fixtures and tools to the product group.

To plan Manpower and prepare Product Data SMH along with Capacity planning.

To participate in Analysis of extra cost and idle time

Monitor and maintain data on resource productivity , enable incentive calculations on basis of productivity , OEE, Yield and any other key indicators; Load analysis ( daily, weekly ,monthly plan , forecasts) , review capacity utilization monthly

To improve process on existing product lines & implement new techniques in line with continuous improvement, LEAN , FMEA and risk based thinking, Line balancing reporting - Deriving strategies and implementation

Define and maintain mandatory documentations with respect to quality management system , labour standards, EHS and OSHAS

Co ordinate data flow in New product routing creation Analysis and scrutinizing operation mapping in MOST and Also in SAP

Lead the outsourcing from identifying the possible subassemblies, leading the same as a project to co ordinate establishment of supply chain and stabilizing for a sustained execution

Plan and implement rationalizations for achieving cost reduction targets (Value addition measures)
