Description Industrial Engineer / Project Manager Level/Grade: E4 General Profile: Recognized as an expert within the company. Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and Participate in complex Industrial Engineering related projects and programs to improve semiconductors productivity and efficiency.
- Manage cost of ownership projects. Engage with customers to identifying and driving cost reduction, quantify the value of CIP’s and improvement projects, develop a CoO pareto with Year over Year targets and road-map.
- Participate in productivity improvement studies such as cycle time reduction and increasing fab throughput and implementation in related to effective and efficient use of assets and production processes. May provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection.
- Use Industrial Engineering technique such as time studies, value stream analysis, business process re-engineering, six sigma and lean to analyze and quantify and improve semiconductors fab’s cycle time, throughput and tool output improvement opportunities
- Performs Methods Engineering analysis including data analytics, simulation, and time and motion studies.
- Used Applied Materials software (Simulation and other propriety applications) to develop models to automated the process of data analytics
- Develop and implement fab models for cost, capacity, staffing and simulation
- Develops continual improvement roadmaps and oversees the deployment of these strategies across multiple functions.
- Support the development and implementation of manufacturing facility design of plant layout and material handling systems.

- Regarded as the technical expert in Industrial Engineering in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in Industrial Engineering and broad knowledge of semiconductor operations
