Ihre Aufgaben: Unterstützung und Durchführung bei der Manufacturing Strategie – der Produktkostenanalyse und von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsaktivitäten. Erstellen von: Konzeptplänen – Kapazitätsplänen – Unterstützung FMEA´s – Unterstützung Teiledesign – Erstellung Pflichtenhefte für Montageeinrichtungen und Beschaffung und Validierung – Spezifikation von Verpackung und Logistik – Unterstützung beim Kontrollplan. Durchführung des Produktionstestlaufs – der Fähigkeitsanalyse – der Verpackungsbeurteilung Unterstützung der Werke / Lieferanten in den Prozessen zum SOP (Start of production) und Zusammenarbeit mit dem IE der Werke. Analysen und Machbarkeitsstudien werden gemeinsam mit R&D, SCM und IE der Werke und Lieferanten erarbeitet. Unterstützung der Werke bei komplexen Produktionsverlagerungen durch Projekt-Management Kenntnisse und Prolaunch. Ansprechpartner für R&D bezüglich Neuentwicklung und komplexen Änderungen, Bauteilabkündigungen von Produkten und Organisation aller fertigungsrelevanten Prozesse. Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Konzeption, Entwicklung und Installation von kostengünstigeren Prozessen und Technologien in Werken und bei Lieferanten unter Nutzung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen. Leitung oder Teilnahme an fertigungsbezogenen Projekten (Produkteinführung, Produktionsverlagerung und Produktivitätsverbesserungen). Qualifications Persönliche Voraussetzungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – min.
