Purpose of position:

To help the Plant in order to select the best strategies And tactics in order to achieve the operational objectives

Job Responsibilities:

Work Analyst Essential skills and responsibilities:

• Workers’ operations time analysis with the usage of ERGO UAS and chronometer.
• Capacity to calculate line machine efficiencies.
• Capacity to respect the Industrial Hourly Production specifically for the speed rate.
• Respect of the given working calendar for the Plant.
• Analysis of the production deviations from the Industrial Hourly Production.
• Capacity to analyze the best MM Plants Indicators and actions and integrate them into the Production Shops in order to improve performances towards Best practices.
• Manpower data consolidation and Analysis for Budget / Forecast / Monthly Closure.
• Data upload in the ACP System / IMO (Manpower Interface).
  

Management and Development of Know How:

• Losses knowledge both under a managerial and WCM way. The WCM is specifically referred to the NVAA analysis.
• Methodology competencies such as the capability to understand if any material change that could bring more VAA as for example the ergonomics improvements.
• Monitor the respect of the monthly given productions in terms of volumes.
• Monitor that the targets given to the Production, and each UTE, are respected in order to maintain the volumes requested.
• Monitor the daily actual data as per Manpower utilization and analyze deviations from the Industrial hourly Production.
• Monitor the daily Manpower Hourly Production closure at UTE level and collaborate for the consolidation at Production Shop / Plant level.
• WCM pillar activity and push WCM to expand in MMGZ
• Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements

• Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:

1,University diploma

2,Minimum 5-year Lean Manufacturing experience with Foreign - invested Companies ;

3, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

4, Good command of English in both spoken and written
