Role Summary
 
The primary purpose of this position is to assure the improvement of the aseptic production lines, to meet Clients’ needs and requests. The resource will be directly involved in meeting with clients and will plan and coordinate the activities of internal function and external vendors to ensure the optimization of our state-of-the-art equipment. The candidate will also be involved in the introduction of new equipment, to support the continuous growth of site’s capacity.
 
Essential Functions
 
  • give technical assistance to existing and new clients, seeking efficiency in existing projects and supporting in technology transfer of new aseptic products
  • support the Clients solving problems connected to the introduction of new equipment and processes
  • maintain relations with suppliers
  • collaborate with the team to define the budget needed for optimization projects through the analysis of data, information and other Functions needs
  • ensure continuous improvement of existing equipment to meet the highest quality and technical standards
  • give technical support during the introduction of new equipment, assuring the implementation of new productive processes, defining budget, managing the related activities, and providing the whole documentation
 
Skills
 
  • Fluent in English and italian written and spoken
  • Superior communication skills and ability to organize and coordinate activities with time and budget constrains
  • Experience in a client facing role, attention to client
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial manufacturing plants
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar fields is preferred
