Responsibilities:
1.Pre-concepts calculations during the acquisition of the new projects
2.Simultaneous Engineering with the development and customer teams of the business division in order to get an easy manufacturable process
3.Investigate and provide assembly concepts for the new Asia projects in collaboration with the team and the ZFT-Experts in Germany
4.Ensure the quality requirements through the use of methods like P-FMEA, QFD, Poka-Yoke, Capability studdies.
5.Write the IE timing plan and coordinate the activities
6.Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers to address requirement and concerns (customer change requests, quotations, quality items. Handle customer concerns (related to IE) and ensure immediate resolution of issues
7.Write the specifications related to the release concept
8.Follow the design and manufacturing of the equipment by external suppliers
9.Install and launch the equipment in the Asia locations
10.Handover the equipment to the plant after completion of the project requirements
11.Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the project and the serial phases
12.Provide innovations and technical ameliorations of the processes in collaboration with IE-Shanghai team, ZFT-specialists and the plants

Requirements:
1.Engineer mechanical, machine construction
2.Technician with experience in automotive and IE area
3.At least 5 years experience in the IE, ME or PE area / production area. Automotive or high serial industry
5.Able to react in different changeable situations and problems
6.Autonomie and responsability to meet the targets
7.Able to set action plans
8.Negotiation with suppliers
9.Business trips within and outside Korea
10.Responsibility for cost, timing and quality
