This exciting role offers opportunity to: Design equipment and process layout to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure product meets quality requirements. Support Process and Product manufacturing on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and continuous improvement projects as related to: Cycle Times & Line Balance, IE Methods or skill, and Ergonomics Optimize existing process layout to reduce material moving distance, maximize efficiency Study, support and initiate the continuously improvement regarding the standardized work, efficiency improving, waste reduction and so on To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement proposal Involve and drive the problem-solving process, including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality Assist the development and coordination of a capacity plan and capital budget preparation Improve Industry engineering capability across the region. MFG footprint selection and optimization. Qualifications 12+ years’ experience in multiple Operations/manufacturing engineering/advanced manufacturing engineering, CI/LEAN functions. BS in Engineering/Technology required, advanced degree in Engineering/Business preferred, additional post graduate academic studies in Operations Management a plus Good knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing Good teamwork spirit Experienced on plant layout or production line layout design Familiar with AutoCAD software Excellent analytical (data, method) skill Yes!
