In Shanghai (China), as part of our Industrialization- New products Introduction team!

Your contribution?

Major actor of the New Product Introduction team, the Industrial Methods Manager focuses on the optimization of product development cycles as well as industrialization and manufacturing methods/tools, the reduction of costs and enforces good habits between development and production teams. The main missions are:

Redacting and conducting FMEA/PFMEA, qualification plans and risk assessment plans for new projects

• Defining the product assembly processes and tests (including fixtures and tests tools) with lean manufacturing rules in mind

• Running chrono-analysis on assembly line in order to monitor and improve deviations and associated costs

• Supporting team members and production department in optimizing the First Pass Yield, optimizing production capacity and conducting defects root cause analysis

• Enforce good methods habits between engineering, production and suppliers

• Supervise and train Project Engineers

And the best:

• Integrate a human-sized team made up of engineers and multicultural leaders (French, Chinese, Indians, etc.)

You have ?

• 
  Master in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation)

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka Yoke

• 10 years’ experience in a similar position

• Written and spoken English compulsory

• Accrued proactivity, organization, team-spirit skills & customer culture

新产品导入团队的主要角色，工业方法经理关注于产品开发周期的优化以及工业化和制造方法/工具，降低成本，并在开发和生产团队之间建立良好的习惯。主要任务有:

?为新项目编制和执行FMEA/PFMEA、资质计划和风险评估计划

?根据精益生产规则定义产品装配过程和测试(包括夹具和测试工具)

在装配线上进行时间分析，以监控和改善偏差和相关成本

?支持团队成员和生产部门优化第一次合格率，优化生产能力，进行缺陷根源分析

在工程、生产和供应商之间加强良好的方法习惯

监督和培训项目工程师
