• Continuous improve test benches and assembly process for all products (UPS, Switch, Meter and PCBA for all products) in SUE and its suppliers。
• Introduce best-fit available testing technology and assembly process to increase production efficiency & reliability, and reduce operation cost。
• Troubleshooting and problem solving on all products and PCBA, equipment etc.
• Manage ECN, productivity improvement project(product adaption, factory enhancement) as project leader.
• ERP Data management on industrialization perspective(BOM, routing, costing)

• Lead level 2 problem solving on test bench, troubleshooting on PCBAs and products;
• Testing process and equipment continuous improvement. Testing documents update, training for operator;

• To adapt current products’ industrialization per customer requests on production and suppliers skills;
• To manage all product ERP data and keep timely update( BOM, costing, routing etc);
• To implement action plans for process and equipment to improve non-quality issues or productivity (level 2 QRQC);
• PCS&EE ECN implement and management. Documents(PFMEA, Control plan, WI) update;
• To provide technical support and maintenance for all production equipment and fixture to reduce downtime and its impact;

• Electronics or electrical engineering, Bachelor degree or above;
• Knowledge on electricity and electronics; Test requirements for UPS, PCS and EE products, and their PCBAs (AOI, ICT and FCT)
