Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders throught the organization on identifying use-cases and opportunities for leveraging the company’s data into business solutions.
• Data mining and data analysis from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of manufacturing operations.
• Develop custom data models, trend analysis, predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to apply to data sets for improving and optimizing manufacturing operations.
• Support data pre-processing and structuring, and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data acquisition.
• Present information and establish reporting according to the requirements of the stakeholders using visualization tools (Tableau or MobileBI)
• Search and work out new ideas/concepts for "Intelligent manufacturing", work together with WW team to develop it as Bosch standard solution and roll out for emerging market plants
• CC-CN I4.0 interface to the expert team within Bosch
• Support the roll out of existing standard solution set based on needs for CC-CN
• Benchmark I4.0 data-driven solutions within Bosch network and outside Bosch network
• Provide technical support to other departments within the manufacturing team to build collaborative solutions
• Support to develop project plans, especifically schedules and budgets IT in manufacturing support, include define IT infrastructure, network standard together with CI department, IT security check in manufacturing area (production network)

Qualifications

？

• BSc degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or similar field？
• More than 2 years related work experience
• Good command of English skills
• Knowledge and experience in:
• Coding languagues: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, text mining, etc.
• Database queries using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.
• Web services: Redshift, Spark, etc.
• Distributed data/computing tools: Hadoop, Spark, MySQL, etc.
• Visualization / presentation of data for stakeholders using: Tableau, MobileBI, etc.

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
