BV is looking for a candidate to further develop the Industry activities/sales in China towards American clients in general.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, for American clients in general, with focus on Industry business in related market;
-Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
-Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
-Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations…
-Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;
-Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;
-Visit clients on regular basis
-Negotiate contract conditions
-Work in close cooperation with Operation Manager to ensure contract execution
-Report commercial activities and KPI on monthly basis

Requirements:
-Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree or business degree with 2 years minimum working experience;
-Knowledge and understanding of industry field is preferred;
-Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
-Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
-PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
-USA nationality, fluent in English and if Chinese or others languages a plus.
