Job Description

This position is the technical sales lead for Manufacturing in the Americas region. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the sales lead to define the Americas-specific Manufacturing strategy and routes to market in order to create pull for Intel's products and solutions. This position requires deep technical knowledge of the Manufacturing segment and experience implementing smart manufacturing solutions in End User's facilities. This position also requires an understanding of the key business imperatives impacting the Manufacturing segment and the ability to define & architect the solutions, partners, accounts and programs needed to achieve growth in both our market, our share and our thought leadership.


Specific activities would include:
-Advising and influencing key regional partners, system and solution integrators, ISVs, OEMs, ODMs and channel partners to deliver Intel-based solutions for discrete and process manufacturing
-Clearly articulate Intel's vision in the Manufacturing space, communicate the business use cases and technical merits of Intel's full product portfolio to internal counterparts and customer and partner decision makers
-Collaborate with Consumption sellers to engage with Industrial End Users to understand their key pain points and support needed as they drive their own digital transformation
-Own developing reference architectures to solve End User pain points in their Manufacturing, incorporating key ecosystem partners and solutions as needed
-Provide Manufacturing domain expertise, represent customer market sentiment and segment requirements back into the business unit for current and future product planning
-Deliver training to field sales teams on the latest Industrial strategy and solutions including silicon features, Industrial PCs, TCC, TSN, machine vision, FUSA and workload consolidation
-Collaborate with local marketing to deliver proof points for customer events including collaboration with key end users, ODMs and ISVs to feature
-Work together with the Partner Scale, Consumption and Inside Sales teams to identify and engage SI, ISV, End Users in the ecosystem

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications: 

- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing segment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BS in Computer Science/Engineering, technical field

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing segment experience - including developing and implementing smart manufacturing solutions in factories and any of the fields below:

  • Knowledge of key regional manufacturing ecosystem partners.

  • Direct sales experience in working with End Users and/or partners within the Manufacturing Vertical

  • Experience with Quality Assurance (Machine Vision, Defect Detection), Asset Optimization (Preventative/Predictive Maintenance), Process Optimization, Industrial Automation (AMRs), Sustainable Production and emerging technology (5G, AI, etc.)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$174,850.00-$279,790.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
