Job Description
Responsibilities and duties:
1. Coordinate daily with influencers and MCNs of global short video or social platforms for placement and business negotiations;
2. Maintain relationships with overseas influencers, manage core influencer resources, and ensure smooth cooperation;
3. Collaborate with the growth department to jointly form cross-border content and placement strategies, and work with influencers on campaign execution according to goals and campaign stages;
4. Swiftly integrate global seeding resources and ensure efficient matching of internal and external needs;
5. Adjust media placement strategy of influencers based on performance metrics to ensure ROI.
Preferred skillsets:
1. Candidates with influencers resources preferred;
2. Candidates with interests in global social media platforms and experience in contacting influencers preferred;
3. Proficient in both English and Chinese. Candidates with international education background / working and living experience, familiarity with intercultural environment preferred;
4. Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates majoring in journalism, media, and marketing preferred;
5. Excellent communication and execution skills, positive attitude, honesty, result oriented mindset;
